How to Install Dual View with a Smart LNB ? – Dual View Installation Guide
- Make sure your Satellite dish is mounted and correctly aligned
- Smart LNB needs the RG6 Cable connected to its unicable port
- Unpack your Decoder from the box.
- Start by placing your Decoder in a central location in your home, within easy reach of an electrical outlet.
- Next, connect your Decoder to your TV using an HDMI cable.
- Connect the RG6 Cable to your Decoder
- Power on your decoder
Now Run the DStv Extra View Installation wizard
- On the Remote, Press “DStv button”
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Satellite Settings”
- Press “Home Network”
- Press “Launch Installation Wizard” then
- Select “OK
- Press “Quick Setup”
- Select “Decoder 1”
- All Bars must turn Blue
- Press “Scan” then
- Select “OK”
Channel scanning shall now happen.
